• LMI assumes no responsibility for the honouring of the specials, coupons, promotions or other marketing done by any contracted merchant using the Smartflyer.ca website or eflyer service.  Sign off, submitting a promotion of any kind, email or payment provides further confirmation that a merchant using the Smartflyer service will honour their promotion.

• Merchants using the smartflyer services understand that promotions will be printed off by the consumer in "black-and-white" or in some form of colour. Any form of these print out are required to be honoured by the merchant.

• LMI  hereby authorizes you to copy documents published by us on our World Wide Web Server solely for non-commercial use within your organization. Access to the World Wide Web Server is provided solely to users for information in support of Smartflyer.ca services.

• LMI collects personally identifying information only (1) when you are authorized to gain entry into one of our password-protected areas, (2) when you enter into one of our promotions or our referral program and (3) when you subscribe or become a member of the smartflyer program.
  LMI will not sell, rent, or share a subscriber or members personal information with any other organization.

• Upon unsubscribing LMI will not maintain any of your personal information.

• By signing up as a member you understand that you will receive emails from time to time in concert with your profile.  LMI is not responsible for any inconvenience or emails sent to you that are a result of falsities.  You will receive a confirmation email from Smartflyer. If you do not wish to participate, you are free to remove yourself from the list. The smartflyer service intends to send a reasonable amount of emails. If you don't want to have this information distributed to others, or if you want to tell us that you do not wish to receive additional information from us, please contact us.
  IP Addresses
  LMI collects IP addresses for system administration and internal tracking. When you visit our site, our servers log the IP addresses only. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable.
